Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand  requirements for roles in Commercial Teams (Marketing, Finance, Media, Etc)
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, and professional networks
• Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating interview schedules and managing candidates communication throughout the hiring process
• Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the semiconductor and embedded systems industry
• Assisting in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of  2 to 4 year of relevant work experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting
• Bachelor degree / MBA in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred but your approach and attitude matter more
• Strong sourcing instincts and comfort engaging passive talent - headhunting or proactive outreach experience is a plus
• Proficiency with tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and alternative platforms
• Agility and a growth mindset - someone who thrives in ambiguity and learns quickly
• Startup experience is welcome but not essential
• Must be available to join immediately or within 15 days
• Mandatory 5 Days work from office
