AllJobs ("we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered job search assistant available at alljobs.world (the "Service"), together with the Job Agent — Auto Apply browser extension (the "Extension"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the Service, we collect:

• Account information you provide via Google Sign-In: your name and email address.
• Profile information you enter directly: phone number, LinkedIn URL, target job titles/locations, career background, and outreach preferences.
• Resume data: the PDF file you upload and the text we extract from it, used to evaluate job fit and personalize outreach drafted on your behalf.
• Job and company data we gather from public sources (e.g. LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and public news about company funding) to match and score opportunities for you.
• Gmail access, if you choose to connect it: we request only the ability to send email as you. We do not request, and cannot access, your inbox, existing emails, or any other Gmail data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To match you with relevant job postings and score them against your resume.
• To draft personalized outreach messages, which are sent only after you have connected Gmail and, where applicable, reviewed and approved them.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

To evaluate job fit and draft outreach, we send relevant parts of your resume and profile to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. We use third-party services including Apify, Tavily, Hunter.io, and Prospeo to discover job listings and contact information. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their service to us and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

3. Google User Data & Limited Use Disclosure

AllJobs's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, if we access your Gmail account, we use that access solely to send messages you have authorized, and never to read, analyze, or share the contents of your mailbox.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at alljobs.developers@gmail.com.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at alljobs.developers@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

7. The Job Agent — Auto Apply Browser Extension

The Extension fills online job application forms using the details you have already saved in your AllJobs account. You review every filled application and submit it yourself; the Extension never submits an application on your behalf.

Data the Extension handles:

• Your saved profile and application answers — retrieved from your AllJobs account and entered into the application form on the page you are applying on.
• Your sign-in token — stored in the browser's local extension storage to keep you signed in, and refreshed via Google Firebase's secure-token service. This authenticates you to your own AllJobs account.
• The content of the application page you are filling — read only for the application you have started, in order to locate and fill the form fields.

The Extension does not:

• Collect or store passwords or login details for job sites or any other third-party site.
• Collect your browsing history or track you across websites. It acts only on the application page you have chosen to fill.
• Collect financial, payment, health, or location data.
• Sell or rent your data, or use it for any purpose other than filling your job applications.

The Extension communicates only with the AllJobs backend service (to retrieve your saved details and record application status) and with Google Firebase's secure-token service (to refresh your sign-in token). You can sign out at any time to clear the stored token, or remove the Extension to remove its locally stored data. To delete your account data, contact us at alljobs.developers@gmail.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service and the Extension are not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
