These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Jobs Agent, available at alljobs.world (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Jobs Agent discovers job listings from public sources, scores them against your resume using AI, and can draft and send outreach messages on your behalf via Gmail, subject to your review and approval where applicable.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (including your resume), and for the content of any outreach messages sent using your connected Gmail account. You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, harass any individual, or violate any applicable law.
Job listings, company information, and contact details are gathered from public and third-party sources and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this data, and we are not responsible for the hiring practices or conduct of any company or individual you contact through the Service.
The Service is a tool to assist your job search. We do not guarantee that you will receive job offers, interviews, or responses as a result of using the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobs Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
