About The Role

We are looking for an experienced AVP Talent Acquisition to join the Technology Talent Acquisition function of a leading Financial Services GCC.

This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role with ownership of end-to-end technology hiring across multiple business and technology stakeholders. The role will involve managing high-volume and time-sensitive hiring mandates, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, and ensuring strong delivery across critical technology talent requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Technology recruitment within BFSI / Financial Services / GCC environments, coupled with the ability to independently anchor stakeholders, manage demanding hiring programs, and deliver quality talent at pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology recruitment across assigned business / technology portfolios, from requirement understanding through offer closure and onboarding.
• Manage high-volume hiring mandates across multiple technology skill areas and experience levels.
• Act as the primary TA anchor for business and technology stakeholders, building strong relationships and understanding evolving talent requirements.
• Partner with senior technology leaders and hiring managers to translate business requirements into effective hiring strategies.
• Drive sourcing strategy across direct sourcing, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal talent pools and external talent channels.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and niche technology skills.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, offer management and closure.
• Take ownership of time-sensitive and high-priority hiring requirements, ensuring delivery against agreed hiring targets and timelines.
• Track recruitment metrics including pipeline health, ageing, conversion ratios, offer-to-join ratios and time-to-hire.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to resolve hiring bottlenecks and continuously improve recruitment turnaround.
• Provide regular hiring updates, market intelligence and talent availability insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with HR, Compensation, Workforce Planning and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of hiring programs.
• Represent the organization professionally with senior candidates and build a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support continuous improvement of sourcing strategies, recruitment processes and technology hiring practices.

Candidate Profile

• 12 18+ years of overall Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, with significant experience in Technology hiring.
• Strong experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, FinTech or large GCC environments preferred.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume technology hiring in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience engaging with senior technology stakeholders / business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage recruitment mandates and operate as a hands-on TA partner.
• Strong sourcing and market-mapping capabilities, particularly for niche and highly competitive technology talent.
• Experience managing multiple mandates simultaneously while maintaining quality and hiring velocity.
• Strong understanding of technology talent markets across India, particularly Bangalore and Pune.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment with aggressive hiring timelines.
• Strong data orientation with the ability to use recruitment metrics to drive hiring decisions.
