  • On-Site Screenings: Conduct initial walk-in interviews, candidate screenings, and pre-assessments at field locations or recruitment events.

Candidate Pipeline & Process Management

  • End-to-End Coordination: Guide candidates from initial contact through screening, assessment, offer extension, and onboarding.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with regional hiring managers and operations leads to understand site-specific staffing needs and urgency.
  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate data, application statuses, and interview notes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Onboarding Support: Coordinate pre-employment checks (drug screens, background checks, document verification) to ensure compliance and smooth day-one readiness.

Qualifications & SkillsRequirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of high-volume recruiting, field marketing, or community outreach experience (logistics, retail, healthcare, hospitality, or construction experience preferred).
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel locally/regionally up to [50–70%] of the time.
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation (or willingness to operate company vehicles).

Key Competencies & Skills

  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication, public speaking, and networking abilities.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time and daily field schedules effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and mobile recruitment tools.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work non-standard hours (e.g., weekend job fairs or evening hiring events) when needed.
