We are hiring for TOP MNC for Global Talent Acquisition Specialist-US Support (NOT IT & IT Hiring)

Note- We need exposure only in International Support Talent Acquisition (US support)

Experience - 5 - 15 Years max.

Salary- 5 - 9 Years - 10.5LPA + variables. (Sr Analyst) Salary - 9 - 15 Years - 14.50 LPA (Specialist/Team Lead) Must have team handlining experience on paper.

Location - Bangalore

Notice Period - 30Days Shift - US Night shift Work from office. Qualification- Any graduate & postgraduate.

Skills Required

• Must have end to end exposure in USA support Talent Acquisition (Sourcing, Scheduling, BGC, Onboarding, Service Delivery, etc)
• End to end recruitment life cycle.
• Must have strong stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible to work from office and in night shift.
