We’re Hiring | HR Executive – Talent Acquisition
Location: Bangalore Experience: 5–8 Years CTC: As per experience Gender - Female Industry: Infrastructure / Construction / EPC / Railways We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Infrastructure division. Mandatory Industry Experience: Candidates must have hands-on recruitment experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Railways or EPC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Hire for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering and Project Management roles
- Handle technical and project-based recruitment
- Partner with project teams and business leaders for manpower planning
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references and recruitment agencies
- Conduct screening, interview coordination and offer negotiation
- Build talent pipelines for infrastructure and construction projects
- Manage recruitment vendors/agencies and hiring stakeholders
- Track recruitment progress, TAT and hiring metrics
