We’re Hiring | HR & Finance Manager
Wilmarcs Motion Pictures is looking for an experienced HR & Finance Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. We’re looking for someone who can independently manage both people operations and day-to-day finance operations within a fast-moving creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation
- Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
- Employee communication and HR operations
- Invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Vendor, freelancer and crew payments
- Production expenses, reimbursements and shoot settlements
- Accounts payable and receivable tracking
- GST, TDS and compliance coordination with our CA
- Expense tracking, financial records and management reports
- Supporting project budgets and cash-flow tracking
Who We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a media production company, advertising/creative agency, VFX studio, events company or similar industry is strongly preferred
- Good understanding of both HR and finance operations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable coordinating with employees, clients, vendors, freelancers and accountants
- Most importantly, someone who takes ownership, follows through and gets things done
