We are building a fast-moving technology company and are looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional who can help us build, support, and scale a high-performing startup team.

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in high-growth startup environments. In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment, drive employee engagement, manage day-to-day HR operations, and foster an inclusive, high-ownership company culture.

What You'll Do

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, product, marketing, and operational roles, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers.
• Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and facilitate smooth onboarding workflows to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the team and culture.
• HR Operations & Administration: Manage employment contracts, leave management, attendance tracking, and accurate employee record-keeping.
• Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, resolve workplace conflicts, and organize engagement activities to maintain team morale.
• Performance & Feedback: Assist leadership in facilitating regular performance check-ins, continuous feedback loops, and goal setting across departments.
• Compliance & Policy Management: Develop, maintain, and update company policies and handbooks to ensure compliance with local labor standards and regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in HR operations and recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup.
• Proven track record of hiring top talent across technical and non-technical disciplines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and professional networks.
• Strong working knowledge of local employment laws, workplace policies, and HR best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and modern workplace collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Notion).
• High empathy, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Ability to work independently, take complete ownership, and execute quickly in a dynamic startup environment.

Good to Have

• Prior experience scaling early-stage or seed-funded startup teams.
• Exposure to managing basic payroll processing, leave systems, and statutory benefits.
• Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and social media talent attraction strategies.
• Educational background or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
