Role Description The HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & Operations will support the HR team with daily activities related to hiring and HR administration in a remote internship role. Responsibilities include assisting with job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will help with onboarding processes, document management, and HR operations tasks such as updating records and supporting policy implementation. The role also involves collaborating with team members, preparing basic HR reports, and contributing to employee communication and engagement initiatives. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to HR processes, talent acquisition, and operational support in a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
• Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee lifecycle support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HR or recruitment tools is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Interest in talent acquisition, HR operations, and working in a fast-paced technology company.
