We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who is interested in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, with a strong understanding of payroll calculations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate records.
• Support offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.

Payroll & HR Operations

• Assist with monthly payroll calculations, including salary proration, TDS, Professional Tax, and other applicable deductions.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
• Assist in preparing salary sheets, payroll reports, and employee documentation.
• Support onboarding, employee records management, and other HR administrative activities.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality while handling employee and payroll information.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Strong knowledge of salary calculations, payroll components, and statutory deductions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and data management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of HR responsibilities.
