We are looking for an HR Intern who wants to learn how hiring really works, from the first message to the first day. You will spend most of your time in recruitment, with a solid dose of onboarding and HR operations. You will own real work, see real results and learn faster than any classroom can teach.

What you will do

Recruitment (your main stage)

• Find great talent on LinkedIn, job portals and your own creative channels
• Screen profiles, run first round calls and shortlist with sharp judgement
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed and excited
• Maintain the hiring tracker and report on the pipeline

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR data with accuracy
• Support HR letters, attendance inputs and process documentation
• Pitch in on engagement activities and people initiatives

Who we are looking for

• Recently completed a degree or MBA in HR, Management or a related field
• Clear, confident communicator, written and spoken
• Naturally curious about people, what drives them and what makes them stay
• Organised, reliable and comfortable juggling a few things at once
• Fluent with Excel or Google Sheets, and quick to pick up new tools
• Discretion and integrity, because you will handle sensitive information

Good to have

• Prior internship or hands on exposure to recruitment
