Role Description The Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Intern will support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities in an on-site role based in Bengaluru. This internship involves assisting with candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will help coordinate onboarding activities, update HR records, and support employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include preparing HR reports, assisting with internal communications, and contributing to employer branding efforts. The role is designed as an internship position, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to core HR and talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• Interest in human resources, talent acquisition, and people operations, with a basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with candidates, team members, and stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, HR or ATS software) and comfort working with data and reports.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate in a team environment, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive approach to taking on new responsibilities.
