Own the AI side of our products, from agent architecture to production.
Own the technical design of AI systems, including agent decomposition, orchestration, tools, memory and context strategy. Build and evolve AI agents across product workflows, from document extraction to reasoning and recommendations. Define how AI quality is measured through evaluation sets, regression testing and performance benchmarks. Build guardrails, confidence thresholds, human escalation and traceability into AI workflows. Lead and mentor the AI engineering team while staying hands-on with complex technical problems. Partner closely with engineering and product teams to turn AI capabilities into reliable, production-ready products.
