We are hiring for a leading Southeast Asian Banking & Financial Services Group for its Bengaluru-based Digital & Product Engineering Centre.

Our client is a leading Southeast Asian banking and financial services group with a strong presence across the ASEAN region. The organization is investing significantly in digital technology, analytics and financial innovation through its Bengaluru-based offshore product engineering center. Purpose of the Job:
The person who joins us as a Lead Product Engineer will work in the capacity of an individual contributor. He/ she will work closely with the Product Owner to deliver high quality responsive web applications. As part of the job, he/she is expected to prepare artefacts to document the design and code, conduct design and code reviews for work done by the team, and mentor the junior engineers in the team.
Preferred Experience:
๏ท 10 to 15 years of software development experience developing web applications using Java ( 1.8+)/ J2EE technology ๏ท Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming paradigm ๏ท Hand on experience in building UI applications using React or Angular AND Spring and Hibernate. ๏ท Hands on experience in developing and consuming REST Web services using JSON data interchange format ๏ท Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks, fine tuning applications and queries ๏ท Experience in agile development methodologies and DevOps practices including continuous integration, static code analysis etc. ๏ท Agile certification and exposure to financial domain
