Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and prototype UI directly in the codebase using component library and AI tools, including novel AI native interactions
- Sit inside a pod with PM and engineering lead to take features from concept to shipped
- Own interaction and motion details including loading states, streaming states, transitions and micro-interactions
- Contribute patterns and components back to the shared design system
