Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the modernization of our Marketing Technology (MarTech) ecosystem, with a primary focus on end-to-end Lead Management and pipeline progression.
In this role, you will define and execute product strategy across the lead lifecycle, from lead capture, enrichment, scoring, qualification, routing, and engagement through pipeline progression and conversion. You will collaborate closely with Attribution, Analytics, Data, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to ensure Lead Management capabilities are seamlessly connected across the broader MarTech ecosystem.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Marketing Technology and Lead Management with strong product management skills and a passion for leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to transform how leads are identified, qualified, prioritized, engaged, and converted.
You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Data Science, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Analytics teams to build intelligent, scalable solutions that improve lead quality, optimize seller productivity, accelerate pipeline progression, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the MarTech portfolio, focusing on end-to-end Lead Management and pipeline progression while aligning technology investments with business objectives
- Lead the evolution of the Lead Management ecosystem, including lead capture, lifecycle management, enrichment, deduplication, scoring, qualification, routing, prioritization, engagement, and conversion
- Own the end-to-end lead-to-revenue experience, identifying opportunities to reduce friction and optimize conversion across every stage of the sales funnel
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to develop and enhance Machine Learning (ML) and predictive models for lead scoring, qualification, prioritization, and conversion
- Drive AI-powered lead engagement and qualification through AI agents, AI-powered Sales Development Representative (AI-SDR) capabilities, and Copilot solutions that automate repetitive workflows, improve lead coverage, and provide sellers with timely, actionable insights
- Define strategies to improve lead quality and enrichment by leveraging first-party and external data sources to provide relevant context for qualification, scoring, routing, and seller engagement
- Establish measurable strategies and feedback loops to continuously improve lead scoring, qualification, routing, and conversion performance
- Partner with the Marketing Attribution Product Manager to define requirements and ensure attribution capabilities support end-to-end lead-to-pipeline measurement and decision-making
- Collaborate with GTM Product Managers to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure Lead Management capabilities integrate seamlessly across Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing automation, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), analytics, advertising, and other GTM systems
- Define product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and collaborate with Engineering, User Experience (UX), Architecture, Technical Program Management, and Data teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Leverage data, experimentation, and customer insights to identify opportunities, measure product success, and continuously improve lead-to-revenue outcomes
- Build strong relationships with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Science, Finance, and executive stakeholders to align product investments with business priorities
- Champion AI innovation, experimentation, automation, and continuous improvement across the Lead Management ecosystem
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, including significant experience in Marketing Technology, Lead Management, or Go-to-Market (GTM) technology
- Deep expertise in end-to-end Lead Management, including lead lifecycle management, enrichment, scoring, qualification, routing, prioritization, engagement, and pipeline progression
- Strong understanding of modern GTM systems, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing automation, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, and sales engagement technologies
- Experience developing data-driven products and collaborating with Data Science or Machine Learning teams
- Strong understanding of lead scoring methodologies, predictive models, lead qualification, conversion optimization, and marketing measurement
- Proven ability to translate complex lead-to-revenue processes and business requirements into scalable product solutions
- Experience defining and measuring product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), experimentation frameworks, and business outcomes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience influencing senior leadership across Marketing, Sales, and Technology organizations
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, User Experience, Operations, and Business teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Microsoft Power BI, Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Data Platforms, or similar Marketing Technology and GTM solutions
- Experience designing and launching AI-powered user experiences, AI agents, Copilot solutions, AI-powered Sales Development Representative capabilities, or Generative AI features for enterprise applications
- Experience developing or optimizing Machine Learning-based lead scoring, predictive lead qualification, or propensity models
- Experience with lead enrichment, identity resolution, data quality, and integration of external data providers into Lead Management workflows
