Senior Software Development Engineer In Test

QuickRekruit is looking for a strong Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with excellent Java programming skills and hands-on experience developing robust test automation frameworks. We are looking for an engineering-focused QA professional who can write production-quality automation code, build reusable frameworks, and work closely with developers to ensure software quality.

🔹 Experience: 3+ years in SDET / Test Automation 🔹 Work Mode: Remote 🔹 Contract Duration: 12 months 🔹 Timezone: Must be available to work in the Australian (AUS) timezone

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on coding experience in Java
• Solid experience building and maintaining automation frameworks
• UI automation using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools
• API testing and automation
• Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, debugging, and clean coding practices
• CI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and Agile development
• Ability to develop reliable, reusable, and maintainable test automation solutions
