Responsibilities, Impact & Contribution:

• Identify and engage top talent for Product Companies, GCCs, and high-growth organizations across technology and engineering domains
• Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, talent communities, and Boolean search techniques to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, career aspirations, and role fit.
• Drive proactive headhunting initiatives to attract passive talent from target organizations and niche skill domains.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring updates within recruitment systems and trackers.
• Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
• Help leading Product Companies and GCCs build high-performing teams by connecting them with exceptional talent.
• Influence candidate careers by creating meaningful opportunities and positive hiring experiences.
• Strengthen Zyoin's talent network and employer reputation through professional candidate engagement.

Experience, Qualification & Capability:

• 2 to 8 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or Staffing. Strong interest in talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and building professional networks.
• Working knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social networking channels.
• Basic understanding of Boolean Search, talent mapping, headhunting, and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Exposure to hiring for Technology, Product, Engineering, GCC, Startup, or Corporate roles will be preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates professionally.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
