About the Role

We are looking for a senior Product Designer to own the product design function end-to-end. You will design intuitive experiences for complex B2B automation workflows, working closely with leadership, product managers, and engineers to ship polished, production-ready interfaces.

This is a high-ownership role for a designer who enjoys turning complex, multi-step enterprise workflows into simple, usable products. You will influence product strategy, establish design foundations, and directly shape the user experience across core product surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the UX of core product surfaces, including campaign builders, multi-channel automation workflows, audience segmentation tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Lead product discovery through user interviews, usability testing, and analysis of product usage data.
• Translate research insights and product requirements into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system, including component libraries, interaction patterns, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with engineers through implementation, design handoff, clarifications, and production QA.
• Partner with founders, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape roadmap priorities from a user-experience perspective.
• Provide structured feedback, design critiques, and mentorship to junior designers.
• Develop a deep understanding of B2B users, such as marketers, growth managers, and CRM leads, and design for their real-world workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2–3 years in B2B SaaS or a high-growth technology company.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, including research, decision-making, trade-offs, and measurable outcomes.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, interactive prototyping, and design-system management.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping tools such as Principle, ProtoPie, or similar.
• Familiarity with analytics and research tools such as Amplitude, Hotjar, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design for complex, multi-step workflows.
• Experience designing data-heavy or workflow-centric interfaces, such as dashboards, builders, and configurators.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to engineers, product managers, and non-design stakeholders.
• A proven track record of shipping products to production, not only creating design deliverables.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹81,000.00 per month
