Senior UX | Product Designer | Consumer Commerce at 200M+ User scale

Rooted in fashion and expanding into wider lifestyle journeys, the work sits where systems thinking, premium aesthetics and massive engineering scale meet. The platform is natively integrated into the mobile ecosystem and reaches hundreds of millions of users. Your design decisions will shape one of the most frequently used digital experiences in the country. Who Will Do Well A mature designer who brings structural clarity to ambiguity and strong craft to complexity. You move comfortably from framing user problems to high-fidelity execution, think in scalable systems, and raise the quality of every product conversation you join.

What You Will Do

• Own core commerce journeys: Act as design owner for end-to-end commerce and discovery experiences. Identify the right problems to solve and turn complex machine-learning capabilities into interfaces that feel simple and natural.
• Stay hands-on, think in systems: Work across user flows, interaction frameworks, layouts and high-fidelity prototypes, while keeping an eye on scalability and a high bar for craft.
• Influence across functions: Partner as a peer with Product, Engineering, Data and Research to balance user intuition with business goals.
• Build and mentor: Set up design frameworks and processes, and lead a team of mid-level and junior interaction and visual designers.
• Be a design champion: Advocate user-centred design across the wider organisation and represent the team's innovations at design forums and industry conferences.

What You Bring

• A portfolio of shipped, complex consumer-facing work that is live in the market at scale, showing strong product thinking and refined interaction design
• Deep command of information architecture, interface hierarchy, cognitive load management and multi-state system flows
• Strong understanding of Android design paradigms and mobile-first ecosystems
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills, including the ability to align senior stakeholders on design strategy

Good to Have

• Experience designing consumer products driven by personalisation, recommendation feeds or rich-media discovery that impact retention and conversion
• Experience in high-velocity, high-ambiguity environments where you set design guidelines or mentored junior designers
• Bachelor's, Master's or Post-Graduate degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Product Design, Information Design or Visual Communication
