What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding client requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Initially focus on hiring across:
• HR Technology: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise HR platforms.
• Software Engineering: Front-end, back-end and full-stack development.
• AI & Data: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Engineering and related technologies.
• Build and nurture a strong network of technology professionals, consultants and freelancers.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future client requirements.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Business Development & Client Relationships

• Identify and connect with potential clients who require technology talent, recruitment or consulting support.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals and proactive prospecting.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders and business stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the Colleve team to deliver suitable talent solutions.
• Contribute to growing our client base and recruitment business.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical staffing or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to business development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, energetic and self-driven personality with a strong sense of ownership.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, building networks and creating opportunities.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and recruit across different skill sets.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where client requirements and priorities may evolve.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to go beyond a traditional job description.

You don't need to be an expert in every technology. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, adapt and deliver results.
