Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a reliable and organised HR Professional / Operations Executive who is interested in building a long-term career in  Operations, Trainer Sourcing, Pre-Sales, and Training Operations. The role will provide exposure to international training programmes and involve working closely with trainers, clients, and internal teams. 📍 Location: Bangalore | On-site 🏢 The Knowledge Academy

Key Responsibilities

Trainer Sourcing & Coordination

• Source and engage expert trainers across technical and non-technical domains, including AWS, Azure, DevOps, GCP, Power BI, Tableau, React, Angular, Node.js, and Python.
• Identify and connect with freelance trainers through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong trainer pipeline for upcoming training programmes.
• Coordinate discussions, calls, and onboarding with subject matter experts.

HR Operations & Training Operations

• Support day-to-day HR and training operations related to trainer management.
• Coordinate trainer allocation, availability, scheduling, documentation, and other operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups with trainers and internal teams.
• Support the smooth execution of international training programmes.

Pre-Sales & Requirement Management

• Understand client training requirements and identify suitable trainers.
• Assist with pre-sales activities and trainer recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 6 months–1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, sourcing, operations, pre-sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and research skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• A strong interest in building a career in HR Operations and Operations Management.
• Willingness to learn trainer sourcing, pre-sales, and international training operations.
