Talent Acquisition Executive

Impeck Telecoms OPC Pvt. Ltd is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to manage bulk recruitment for BPO and KPO operations. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience handling high-volume hiring requirements, and a proven ability to meet recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer coordination and joining follow-ups.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment vendors, and walk-in drives.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess communication skills, relevant experience, and suitability for BPO/KPO roles.
• Confirm candidates’ salary expectations, notice periods, shift flexibility, and relocation preferences where applicable.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring teams, and communicate feedback to candidates promptly.
• Plan and coordinate bulk hiring campaigns and walk-in recruitment drives.
• Handle offer discussions and coordinate pre-joining documentation with the HR team.
• Maintain regular candidate engagement to reduce interview dropouts and improve joining conversion.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for ongoing and urgent hiring needs.
• Update recruitment trackers and share reports on sourcing, interviews, offers, and joinings.
• Meet agreed recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in bulk recruitment for international BPO/KPO operations.
• Proven track record of meeting high-volume hiring targets.
• Strong understanding of recruitment for voice and non-voice processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment tracking tools.
• Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.

• Hiring for international voice processes.
• Managing walk-in drives and recruitment vendor relationships.
• Building employee referral networks and alternative sourcing channels.
• Improving offer-to-joining conversion and recruitment turnaround time.
