Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, cold calling, screening, and recruitment coordination. You’ll be part of the hiring process and help connect potential candidates with opportunities at Crio.Do.

This could be a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement. 📍 Location: Bangalore ⏰ Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 📅 Duration: 6 Months 💰 Stipend: ₹15,000/month 🎯 PPO Opportunity: Based on performance

What you’ll work on:

• Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals & other channels
• Cold calling and candidate engagement
• Initial candidate screening
• Interview coordination & follow-ups
• Maintaining candidate databases
• Supporting recruitment drives & employer branding
