We are looking for an HR / Talent Acquisition Intern who is curious, proactive and excited to build a career in Human Resources, particularly Talent Acquisition and Technical Recruitment. This is a hands-on opportunity where you will work on real hiring requirements and get exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala and other hiring platforms.
- Identify and shortlist relevant profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience. ● Work on hiring for technical roles such as Backend Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps Engineer and SRE.
- Learn and understand technical job requirements to improve candidate screening.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring stakeholders to keep the hiring process moving.
- Support onboarding and other HR operations as required.
- Participate in improving sourcing and recruitment strategies.
What We're Looking For
- MBA / PGDM students specializing in Human Resources preferred.
- Candidates pursuing or recently completed their MBA/PGDM are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
