Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end hiring process for multiple teams and roles across Bhanzu in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This is a full-time, remote role, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source candidates through various channels, screen applications, and schedule interviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include posting and updating job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment data. The intern will assist with employer branding initiatives, such as crafting recruitment content for social media and career pages, and help ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication. The role also involves contributing to recruitment reports, supporting campus outreach or events, and continuously improving hiring processes based on feedback and metrics.

• Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating offers.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to evaluate candidate fit and support decision-making with hiring teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help create and promote engaging talent outreach and recruitment content.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Interest in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations; current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Psychology) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
• Passion for education and alignment with Bhanzu’s mission to make math learning accessible and confidence-building for learners worldwide.
