Talent Acquisition Intern:

In this role you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to talent acquisition processes, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and recruitment analytics, enabling you to build a strong foundation in corporate hiring and workforce planning

Your job:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, campus hiring initiatives, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments to identify suitable talent
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, applicant databases, and ATS records accurately
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and support workforce planning activities
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment programs, career fairs, and talent engagement activities
• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards related to hiring metrics, pipeline status, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates
• Support offer rollout, pre-boarding processes, and onboarding coordination for selected candidates
• Ensure compliance with organizational recruitment policies and maintain confidentiality of candidate information
• Participate in recruitment process improvement initiatives and talent acquisition projects

Your qualification:

• Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW (HR), MHRM, or equivalent postgraduate qualification
• Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment tools will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
