We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting within the construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Required Skills: - Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. - Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. - Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
