Company Description Zarvonis Ventures is a venture studio building digital products for Bharat across AI, media, creativity, and devotional experiences. We focus on solving real problems for Indian users through innovative, product-led applications. Role Description We are looking for a result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The role will focus 80% on recruitment and 20% on managing HR operations through Keka HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Maintain a daily interview pipeline of 3–5 scheduled interviews, focusing on relevant candidates and potential conversions into offers and successful joiners.
• Drive hiring closures by maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and following up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage offer negotiations, and track candidate joining status.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, prioritize vacancies, and achieve hiring targets.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and regular updates on interview-to-offer and offer-to-joining conversions.
• Manage employee data, attendance, leave records, and other HR processes through Keka HR.
• Support HR documentation, onboarding formalities, and employee record management.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and maintain a consistent daily interview pipeline.
• Focus on hiring outcomes, offer conversions, and successful joiners rather than just sourcing numbers.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Familiarity with Keka HR or other HRMS tools is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
