Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle across technology, sales, marketing, operations, and other business functions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, professional communities, and other sourcing channels.
• Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, experience, communication, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Hiring Manager Coordination: Work closely with founders and team leads to understand requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and prioritize open positions.
• Interview Management: Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized candidate database and track hiring metrics, interview progress, offers, and joining status.
• Offer Management: Coordinate compensation discussions, manage offer rollouts, follow up with selected candidates, and improve offer acceptance rates.
• Employer Branding: Help position SyncUp as an exciting place to work through candidate engagement, recruitment campaigns, and professional communities.
• Hiring Strategy: Experiment with new sourcing methods and recruitment approaches to improve the quality and speed of hiring.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience hiring for a startup or a fast-growing organization is preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment channels, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Willingness to work from our Bengaluru office.
