Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the specialist manages the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating offer and onboarding activities. The position involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advising on market trends, and maintaining a proactive talent pipeline. The specialist supports employer branding initiatives, such as creating job postings, engaging with potential candidates, and representing the organization at relevant events. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate recruitment records, using applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive, fair, and consistent candidate experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and common recruitment tools or platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current recruitment best practices and an interest in inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in talent acquisition.
