Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for a variety of technology positions.

This role includes sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring / client managers. The specialist will collaborate closely with business managers to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and maintain accurate talent pipeline and recruitment metrics.

Day-to-day responsibilities also involve managing offer processes, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

The role contributes to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of hiring practices aligned with InsighTek Global’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong full-life-cycle recruiting and recruiting skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills to assess talent and make evidence-based selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to promote the organization and enhance candidate attraction.
• Experience recruiting for IT roles (e.g., developers, SAP consultants, cyber security professionals) is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proficiency in using ATS platforms, job boards, professional networks, and social media for talent sourcing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
