Mandatory Skill Sets

• 1 – 5 years experience in the Talent Acquisition function as a recruiter involved in sourcing candidates through diverse channels
• Extensive experience in sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, X-ray search, etc) and a deep understanding of social media recruitment strategy

Roles & Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring for assigned roles across business verticals, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offers, and joining.
• Sourcing: Find and engage active and passive candidates through Boolean search, LinkedIn, job portals, niche forums, and direct outreach.
• Hiring manager partnership: Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate profiles, and deliver relevant shortlists within agreed timelines.
• Screening and assessment: Run initial screens to assess skills, experience, notice period, and compensation fit before submitting profiles.
• Pipeline tracking: Maintain accurate trackers and report on key metrics such as submissions, interview conversions, drop offs, and time-to-fill to support process improvements.
• Candidate experience: Keep candidates updated at every stage, manage expectations on notice periods and offers, and reduce drop-offs.
• Market awareness: Keep up with talent availability, salary trends, and competitor hiring to support offer discussions and sourcing strategy.
