Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and execute effective hiring plans aligned with business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and other technical functions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders by providing recruitment expertise, talent market insights, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified technology talent.
• Manage complex searches using advanced sourcing techniques, talent mapping, networking, and market intelligence.
• Manage offer discussions and partner with hiring managers to ensure successful candidate engagement and closure.

• Ability to manage multiple complex searches and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in talent mapping, market research, behavioral interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to use insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while working independently with minimal guidance.

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification in HR, Psychology, or Business preferred.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong technology recruitment expertise.
• Experience hiring across technical skill areas including Engineering, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and Product.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers on complex and specialized hiring.
• Experience mentoring recruiters and contributing to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
