Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an effective talent acquisition strategy, focusing on attracting exceptional senior talent in alignment with Finkraft.ai's growth goals.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs, organizational requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize a combination of creative sourcing techniques, networking, and industry knowledge to identify potential candidates in the financial technology domain.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, competency-based interviews, and behavioral assessments, to ensure a strong fit for our organization.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Finkraft.ai, showcasing our unique culture, vision, and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant industry networks, associations, and academic institutions to foster a talent pipeline.
- Continuously optimize and streamline the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient time-to-hire.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders on the progress and effectiveness of the hiring process.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Time-to-fill: Ensuring senior positions are filled within agreed-upon timelines.
- Quality of hire: Identifying candidates who align with the company culture, values, and competencies.
- Candidate experience: Measuring candidate satisfaction with the recruitment process.
- Offer acceptance rate: Tracking the acceptance rate of job offers extended to senior talent.
