Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and headhunting skills, the ability to engage passive candidates, and experience working closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Hirist, IIMJobs, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with qualified active and passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team structures, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, role fit, compensation expectations, and notice periods.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth recruitment experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate ATS records, and share regular hiring updates and pipeline reports.
• Support campus hiring, employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and other talent acquisition activities.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, financial services, or other fast-paced industries.
• Exposure to niche and specialised hiring, including senior technical and leadership roles.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms and recruitment reporting.
• Familiarity with market mapping, talent intelligence, and referral-driven hiring.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented approach.
