Voice AI Engineer | Foundation Models | ASR | TTS

We’re hiring a hands-on Voice AI Engineer to work on next-generation Voice AI initiatives. This role is specifically for someone who has already worked on training or pre-training foundation models and has strong practical experience across speech AI, deep learning and large-scale model development. What you’ll work on

• Develop, train, fine-tune and evaluate foundation models for Voice AI use cases
• Build solutions across ASR, TTS, speaker identification and Voice Activity Detection
• Work on conversational AI and speech-based applications
• Prepare and optimize large-scale speech and text datasets
• Design training pipelines and run model experiments
• Improve model accuracy, latency, robustness and inference efficiency
• Work with GPU-based workloads and distributed training environments
• Optimize models for production deployment

What we’re looking for

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Speech AI, NLP or a closely related field
• Proven hands-on experience training or pre-training foundation models
• Strong understanding of Deep Learning and Transformer architectures
• Practical experience with ASR and/or TTS models
• Strong Python skills
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
• Experience with distributed training and GPU-based workloads
• Experience working with large-scale speech/text data pipelines
• Understanding of model evaluation, optimization and quantization
• Experience with production model deployment
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to have

• Experience with multilingual or Indian-language speech models
• Experience with Whisper, wav2vec 2.0, HuBERT, NeMo, SpeechBrain or Hugging Face
• Audio preprocessing and augmentation
• Speech data annotation and dataset quality improvement
